Terms of Use
By using ChromaLife you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What ChromaLife is
ChromaLife is a personal color journal for noting how you feel each day. It is a reflective tool, not a medical or mental-health service. It does not diagnose, treat, or give advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are in crisis or need help, contact local emergency services or a crisis line.
Your journal
Everything you write in ChromaLife belongs to you. We claim no ownership of your entries. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for any backups you export. If you sign in, you are responsible for the account you use to sign in.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the app or our services — for example by attempting to access other people's data, interfering with the service, or using it for anything unlawful.
Accounts and deletion
Signing in is optional. You may sign out or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your synced data from our servers; data on your device is yours to keep or remove.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features of ChromaLife at any time. We try to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we may suspend access to protect the service or its users.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
ChromaLife is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChromaLife and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Privacy
How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
